This place has taken care of my current car for 10 years and my previous vehicle for 5. Robert has given me 20 years of excellent service. He is always personable and knowledgeable and gives trustworthy vehicle maintenance and repair. Staff is also courteous and amiable.

My wife and I have several vehicles that we have The Dealer Alternative work on. We are extremely satisfied with there work. If they run into a problem they take care of it as soon as possible. They are not the ( we'll fix it with out your permission and add it to the final bill kind of shop). They always explain what is wrong and why the particular part or repair needs to be done. They are professional and honest and we highly recommend them!

We took in our 04 4runner due to the ABS and VSC lights coming on. They quickly found the problem and quoted us a repair with all new parts. After expressing price concerns the mechanic took his time to clean the corroded sensors and get them functional again. They saved me money, had great service, and worked with me on the price. After an extremely unpleasant experience at Parker Toyota it is nice to find an alternative.
