We are traveling from NC in our coach and had a very slow leak in a tire our tow vehicle. We pulled into Silverlake auto and they took the car right in. I was very taken aback when the extremely courteous and professional service writer came out handed me the keys and said the repair was “on them”…. They did not need to that, but it was greatly appreciated and totally unexpected. The least I could do was leave them a glowing review and a huge THANK YOU..!!!!

I brought my daughter's car in because we couldn't get the key out of the ignition. Josh scheduled me in to have it seen the next day for a diagnostic and repair cost. The next day once they looked at Josh called me to let me know coins had fallen in front of gear shifter from a tray that had been removed stopping car going into park properly which then stopped the key being removed. He said it was an easy fix and said it was free of charge. Thank you to Josh and the Silverlake team for finding the issue and for being so generous in not charging us for the repair. You are appreciated and gained a loyal customer.
