I've been taking my vehicles to silverlake Automotive for a number is years now and have always been pleased with the service experience. They've always been up front and honest with me about everything and always do their best to be reasonable with their prices. My wife and I were just beginning an extended road trip when the PCV valve for the supercharger on our Audi Q5 failed Sunday evening. The next morning we contacted Silverlake Auto since they were recommended by AAA. Ryan and Josh took the car in immediately and had the problem diagnosed and the estimate for repairs completed by the end of the day. They ordered the parts and explained that with their present schedule they could have the car repaired by Friday. True to their word, the car was ready by noon on Friday for the exact estimate. My wife and I resumed our road trip traveling 3000 miles through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Washington. Ryan, Josh and Silverlake made it possible. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

The customer service here is above and beyond. They are always courteous and respectful. Every service is done correctly the first time and in a timely manner. Can't see going anywhere else.

The day after arriving in Coeur d’Alene from a nearly 7-hour road trip, our 2019 Infiniti QX50 suddenly started making a loud, odd vacuum-cleaner-like sound. Far from home and unsure who to call, I asked Grok for a reputable shop. Silverlake Automotive came up at the top of the list, and their Sherman Ave location was only a mile away. Josh answered the phone professionally, listened carefully to my description, and even though it was toward the end of the workday, invited us to come right over. We were greeted by Josh and manager Ryan. Ryan quickly diagnosed the issue without even removing the engine cover and immediately silenced the noise. He clearly explained the possible causes, from best-case to worst-case scenarios. We left the car the next day for a full diagnosis. Ryan kept us well updated, explained exactly what was needed, and went above and beyond to source the parts and finish the repair in time for us to get back on the road before the weekend. Technician Jacob also did excellent work. We made it all the way home with no issues and complete peace of mind. Grok’s recommendation was spot-on, outstanding service, excellent communication, and genuine customer care. I highly recommend Silverlake Automotive Downtown!
