Radiator top was looking “funny”. They confirmed it was slowly leaking. Replaced it with a new one. Good to get it replaced before it failed catastrophically.

After Friday issue….thankfully, They called first thing Monday morning. My car has been fixed at NO cost to me. Thanks for stepping up and doing the right thing. They have given me peace of mind for sure. Definitely will take my car back.

I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. We were travelling from Canada when our truck broke down, leaving us stranded with absolutely no idea what we were going to do. They managed to squeeze us in despite being busy and went completely above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately, our truck was beyond repair, but they took the time to explain everything, gave us contact details for local scrapyards and helped us figure out our next steps. What could have been an even more stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to their kindness, honesty and generosity. They genuinely cared about helping us, even when there was nothing more they could do for our truck. We are so incredibly grateful for everything they did for us. Excellent customer service and excellent technical service! We were having issues with our truck while camping nearby. AAA suggested we contact Silverlake Automotive—Downtown. We did and they said to bring the truck right down and they would have a look at it. They also allowed us to park our travel trailer nearby! Brady was extremely friendly and helpful, suggesting places we could walk to while they took a look. He even offered to come pick us up if we needed a ride back…after having lunch, we gave them a call and the truck had been tested and repaired! We got back to the shop and were pleased to find they charged us less than $100. We would definitely bring our vehicles here if we lived in the area!

Did an amazing job and didn't charge me to get my VW's computer set after I replaced the battery myself. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend these gentlemen!
