I had been going to the original owner Robert for years and they always took care of me. I was really happy to see that Silver Lake Auto became the new owners when Robert retired. And thankfully Joe the manager is still there too! The new owners have spruced the place up and showed real care for my car and myself. My 16 yr old son is going to be the new driver of this old car of mine, so his safety is uppermost! I feel really good about taking all our cars there.

Very happy with the service. Prices were reasonable and when I picked up the vehicle the mechanic came out and went over everything with me. Really appreciate the time and the explanation of the work done. Didn't try and suggest more work was needed.

I didn't realize that Silverlake Auto Downtown offered snow tires. I had called the usual tire shops and was disappointed. I checked online too. I called Joe and was quoted a great price, and he was able to get me right in. Thanks so much Silverlake Auto Downtown!

They got me in right away and gifted me with towing service if needed up to $75.00. I will continue to use this automotive shop for my needs. They are centrally located as well. I do like their attitudes as well....very friendly staff.

My wife and I were traveling from Montana to Spokane to visit our son. Our vehicle's water pump went out as we traveled over Fourth of July Pass on I-90. Bad Luck! Then good luck set in. We were able to coast our severely overheated vehicle most of the way to Sherman Avenue in Couer d'Alene and limp the vehicle to Silverlake Automotive. We arrived at noon. By 5 pm we had a new water pump, thermostat, belts and hoses, with great warranties and personable service. A thousand miles later, with flawless vehicle performance, I can say without hesitation "In Silverlake, I trust!"
