These guys are great to deal with. Emerson was honest, nice and professional, and the quote I was given was even cheaper after the work was completed. I’d highly recommend doing business with them again.

These guys SAVED me. I was on a roadtrip from Denver and ran into a lot of car trouble in Idaho. I rolled into Coeur D'Alene with my brakes screeching and knew the car wasn't safe to keep driving. The team at Silverlake bent over backwards to help, and I was back on the road 24 hours later, with new front and rear brakes + 4 new tires. The price was cheaper than what I would have paid in Denver and the service was excellent. The communication was great and they did not over-promise. This could have been a much more stressful situation and I'm indebted to SIlverlake for helping me get back on the road to have an awesome vacation!

I took my vehicle in because I found a bad coolant leak. My engine was overheating and it needed attention fast. Silverlake Automotive in CDA on Sherman were quick to help. Also do to their diligent work I found that my wheel hub was dangerously broken. I’m so greatful for their work. My car is my only form of transportation and I needed it to be worked on asap. Even though I had a tight schedule they worked with me and did a great job at a decent price. Their customer service was excellent. Thanks again Emerson for all your help

The people there are personable, polite, efficient and answer all questions you may have. They took my son’s car in and repaired it the same day. They did a lot of work and the car is running great. I have two other cars and they will get my business from this point forward.

Pretty easy to schedule an appointment within 3-4 days. Clear communication regarding scheduled service. Had them check out a potential concern with steering. They checked it out and didn't make up some phony problems to fix. Good price on synthetic oil change.
