COEUR D'ALENE AUTO REPAIR

We have been taking our F150 to Silverlake Auto for a couple years and are always treated with respect and concern. When unexpected issues crop up, they do their best to take care of problems as quickly and fairly as possible. It's nice too, that they check in with us afterwards to make sure we are happy lwith their work.

As a person who normally performs most service/repairs myself it was difficult to farm work out on our truck, however due to a recent surgery we felt it best to find a good shop to perform some significant brake/service work. I liked what I heard when i asked questions about how they approach service/repairs so we made an appointment. They performed a 150 point inspection, we discussed options and decided on what services/repairs were to be performed (along with a Quote). They completed all work in a timely manner and provided a detailed parts/labor breakdown for each work item which overall I thought was not cheap yet fair. We do plan on using Sherman Avenue location as needed in the future Thanks Alan Wire

Silver Lake Automotive has friendly and knowledgeable people. They are very through when inspecting vehicles and I especially like it when they take pictures of potential issues and send me a customized report for my vehicle.

I brought my sons car in for repair. First they were able to get me in within 24 hours of calling them. I got a call the next day saying it was done and everything they worked on. I appreciate the fast customer service. They treated me and my son like family. I will be recommending them and if I need any further car repair needs I will be back. Thank you!

Got me in right away. Called every time there was a new problem & explained my options. Gave me a complete list of things to be aware of with prices. Also a link to see the pictures of what was replaced & fixed. Going to use them to do all my repairs. Very fair pricing.
