Outstanding Customer Service! Joe & Fred went out of their way to serve my exact needs and provide me with all the necessary information that was specific to my car. I bought my car "very" used from a dealership. It came with known issues, and Silverlake was on top of them all. I went for the 58 point inspection, full service fluid change and a set of new tires. All went off without an issue, the car was ready four hours before they said it would be and the price was unbeatable. As if that wasn't enough, they gave me $50.00 worth of coupons for my next visit.

Professional, friendly, honest auto repair ... I purchased a used Range Rover and needed diagnostic services for lights on my dash, an oil change, and basically just a thorough report of the vehicle. I called and got in the same day, they took me back and forth to my workplace, and are very friendly. Not only that, they diagnosed my vehicle issues and fixed them in the most cost-effective (but proper) way and gave me a thorough report of my new (to me) vehicle. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy ...I highly recommend Silverlake Automotive!

On 12/3 I tried to start my car and it didn’t sound right. Then I noticed the check engine light. I called the Toyota Dealership and was told they could help me on the 10th. (!!) I’ve used Dealer Alternative in the past, so I called and spoke with Joe, the Mgr of Silverlake Auto Repair on Sherman Ave CDA and learned that the former owner had retired and sold the business. I described my issue and they fixed it on the same day! They were great - helpful, communicative and fair. Ladies, this is a place to confidently take your car for repair. I’m going to have them do more work for me as finances allow. Highly recommended!

I had been going to the original owner Robert for years and they always took care of me. I was really happy to see that Silver Lake Auto became the new owners when Robert retired. And thankfully Joe the manager is still there too! The new owners have spruced the place up and showed real care for my car and myself. My 16 yr old son is going to be the new driver of this old car of mine, so his safety is uppermost! I feel really good about taking all our cars there.

Very happy with the service. Prices were reasonable and when I picked up the vehicle the mechanic came out and went over everything with me. Really appreciate the time and the explanation of the work done. Didn't try and suggest more work was needed.

Great service and got in quickly. Pre-purchase insection on a used truck gave me the confidence I needed to buy without even test driving. Appreciate their help!
