I was greeted by my name as I entered the waiting room/service desk by Joseph Herkelrath. He was very personable and went over what we were to do om my Toyota Tundra. Waiting area was clean and tidy, coffee, water, sodas were available . I was kept informed of the progress on my truck. Work areas for the technicians were clean and in order. The technician who worked on my truck, Jacob Johnson was friendly and informative. This was my first time using Silverlake Automotive. I was impressed and will return again.

I brought my Mazda into Silverlake Auto with a loud noise coming from the rear end. I had taken it to another auto repair a few months earlier and they charged replaced a pulley and said that should take care of the problem. It didn't. Noise got steadily louder, so I made an appt with Silverlake. They went over my car with a fine tooth comb, found out I had a bad wheel bearing, fixed it and now I don't have to turn my radio up full volume to hear it. So glad that I found this place.

The service here was great. This was my first trip to the downtown location to have service on my truck. It is always nice to know that you have highly qualified technicians doing the work on your vehicle. The staff at the front desk was polite professional and knew what they were talking about.

My water pump went out the day before I was going on a very important road trip. They were able to get me in that day, evaluate my car, and we're able to get the parts and get it fixed in time for me to make my trip. They were very friendly, professional and kept me up to date on time frames and cost of the repair.

Great service, they communicated throughout the whole process and we are definitely going to service our cars they’re moving forward

I honestly enjoyed working with Joe and the office, even though they had difficulties with suppliers they always kept me updated and informed. I understand the challenges we have right now and can only commend Silver Lake Auto on their professional and courteous attitude, I would strongly recommend you yes Silver Lake Auto ! !

A very nice place. Attentive, friendly staff. Just a routine oil change, but they also helped me with a couple things I didn't understand about my car. I think they could tell I was a bit anxious, and they were kind and reassuring.

I was treated like I was a part of the family owners. It was great
