Great to work with. Some miscommunication on what I wanted my custom exhaust to look like. They handled it very well and corrected to my satisfaction without question or additional costs. They came to me highly recommend as an honest repair shop. I was very pleased with cost and value for my money as well as the end results.

I went into to the dealer alternative yesterday they were not the cheapest but they were local and honest I appreciated the work they did my car was covered with snow and I needed tires they did the work with a smile and for the agreed price I think cda is lucky to have an honest company in town like the dealer alternative🙂🙂🙂🙂

When we had our RV brakes heating up we were directed here by another shop that was not open on Saturday. "They are one of the good guys" they said as we left to limp our way about a mile to The Dealer Alternative. They were right! We were allowed to camp on their parking lot for the night and at 8:00am the RV was in the service bay. Job completed and on our way before 11:00. They ARE one of the good guys! Couldn't help but notice several satisfied customers were back for advice and service. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful to a couple of stranded travellers.
