Just had a great experience with the guys at Silverlake. I chose them over the dealership as I have just recently had 2 bad experiences with the dealerships workmanship. Silverlake was priced less than the dealership and they went the extra mile and finished on time. They explained the extra work that needed to be done in order to replace what needed replacing. I will use them again and refer them to anyone.

These guys were brilliant. Had an unfortunate emergency stop in Coeur D’Alene and stopped at their garage on Hanley Avenue. They said I had to go to their other shop and while they were explaining this to me , one of the ladies was already on the phone letting them know I was being sent over. Once I arrived at the Sherman location Emerson took great care of me. If I lived here, they would be my go to. Great job everyone.
