My first time in and I was very impressed! Emerson, and everyone else, were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were able to get my vehicle in and fixed much sooner than I expected, and most importantly to me, I trust them and the work that was done. I'm very grateful ~ thank you Silverlake Auto!

First they helped me a ton by not charging me for a service that they said I could pretty easily do on my own for a lot cheaper. Then, they when I was stuck driving around town with a bucket of transmission fluid in the bed of my truck, they let me dump it in their hazmat setup. Super helpful, really nice people, super appreciated.

I called sight-unseen to ask about their services. All communication went smoothly, they made good time with their work, and gave me a reasonable price. Plus, they texted me the inspection report I requested, easily readable online. That's a tremendous help!

I believe I can drive down the road with confidence. One more thing is their 4 year warranty on their work...un heard of and unmatched. Best I have been to. I am 66 years old and believe me I have seen it all. Overall excellent! Recommend to anyone!

Emerson was extremely helpful after what was quite a stressful break down on the side of the road.

We went into this place after we had just left a tire place in Spokane Valley who had allegedly inspected our tires because we could hear a grinding sound and we were about 36 hours from home on vacation. Initially we were told it might be the next day before they could get to it and we were not in a position to stay overnight, but luckily they could see we were distraught and managed to work us in. They discovered it was the driver's side front wheel bearing and told us it wasn't long from coming off and it was a good thing we stopped. They got us fixed up in great time, I think all total, we were only there for about an hour and a half and back on our way. God blessed us that day for sure, please stop by if you need some work done.

We were heading from MN to OR and after coming over the mountains, we noticed a strange sound when we braked, so decided to have it looked at before continuing our journey to the west coast. We stopped in at Silverlake and someone looked at the car in just a few minutes and determined our brakes needed work. He immediately ordered parts from a nearby town and arranged for us to get a ride to a local coffee shop. They completed the work an hour early and about $100 cheaper than estimated and we were back on the road! They sent someone to pick us up and bring us back to the shop too. We felt so much safer and were relieved to have found and fixed the problem there versus having the brakes fail somewhere out in the country or along a major interstate. We arrived safely at our destination the next day. We are so grateful and highly recommend this great shop!

I am very impressed with this company and their excellent customer service. They were able to source me a new starter and get it delivered and put in the same day! They also had it put in 2 hours before their expected finish time! I couldn’t have had a better experience. Emerson helped make this a great experience and now we can finally get to have a vacation on our vacation! Thank you!
