Emerson was great! Was on a road-trip from Colorado to Washington and my engine started overheating. Took it I’m not expecting much, but the shop was able to diagnose the issue quickly (turned out to be a faulty thermostat), order the part, work with Midas who had warranties the item/work previously, and it was done in less than 24 hours!

Transmission diagnostic. Very friendly and we’re willing to look at it on the same day. I take all my vehicles to Silverlake Auto!

Was passing through CDA and needed an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to see me with short notice and even began the service early when I showed up before my appointment time. They did good work and send you a great vehicle inspection report. I would give them a try. Plus, you can enjoy an amazing burger at Schmidty's while you wait!

Great service. Were able to diagnose and contact me the same day with all discovered issues both severe and minor regarding my truck. Emerson was kind enough to give me an itemized list of what was needed priority and what could be passed over till my next visit. My car engine light went off as I was traveling through Coeur d'Alene, I went to this business as it was closet to where I was. I am so glad I did, they were fantastic. They were able to get me in for a diagnosis on what was going on with the engine, although it was not good for news for my car, they let me stay all day in there comfortable waiting area, helped find a rental car and we're extremely great. I would recommend anyone to use their services.

Great experience. Very experienced. Made recommendations for additional service based on mileage but not pushy like some shops to upsell. Was much appreciated.
