I took my vehicle in because I found a bad coolant leak. My engine was overheating and it needed attention fast. Silverlake Automotive in CDA on Sherman were quick to help. Also do to their diligent work I found that my wheel hub was dangerously broken. I’m so greatful for their work. My car is my only form of transportation and I needed it to be worked on asap. Even though I had a tight schedule they worked with me and did a great job at a decent price. Their customer service was excellent. Thanks again Emerson for all your help

The people there are personable, polite, efficient and answer all questions you may have. They took my son’s car in and repaired it the same day. They did a lot of work and the car is running great. I have two other cars and they will get my business from this point forward.

Pretty easy to schedule an appointment within 3-4 days. Clear communication regarding scheduled service. Had them check out a potential concern with steering. They checked it out and didn't make up some phony problems to fix. Good price on synthetic oil change.

They were able to see us same day and they where quickly able to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. Fred went above and beyond and helped to make a very stressful situation as easy as possible. We are in town for a vacatioa and got a nail in one of the tires. They got it out quick without charging us. Very friendly service too.

I've been going to the post falls location for 4 years now and i loved the service! everyone is very kind and talks to you through the process and they don't leave you wondering what's going on, just recently brought my car to this location, it was great, joe took care of me and was very nice, the tech's are great!
