Ryan was helpful and knowledgeable. My 2013 kia rio had a malfunctioning crankshaft position sensor, and Ryan had it taken care of within a day. Thank you Ryan for your excellent service!

We have started taking our cars to Silverlake since moving to the east end of downtown CDA. The shop is super convenient, and everyone there is an amazing human being. I stopped by with my RAV4 briefly one day to have them double check something, and in the process they discovered a nail in my tire. They repaired that on the spot and didn’t even charge me. Great bunch of people who truly care!

A car is not treasure, but the subject to drive. To work, to the grocery store, for travel. But, what to do, if the car suddenly broke down. And just after the hour of departure from Portland, only the first hundred miles of Chicago-Portland-Chicago trip our KIA began to began to slow down. O'Raily autoparts analysis showed the misfire of 2nd cylinder. Local KIA-service requested to come in 2 weeks. Everything is booked into them. The explanation that we are traveler and in vacation did not help - come back in 2 weeks. And here we are entrusted with the help of our service - Silverlake. Directly at once, without appointment and no come tomorrow. The front desk person - Ryan - announced the results to us. There is broken ignition coil for the 2nd cylinder, and unfortunately there is no part around. Only in Seattle and in San Francisco. The mail will arrive in 2-3 days, but we can arrange for you to get to the hotel. Just glue the broken part back together. Good. It is necessary to say that it was Friday, and we in Chicago need to go to work on Monday. Broken coil was glued. Moving demonstrated good driving and we turned not to hotel, but in Chicago. So we successfully and safely arrived home with the parts glued together. We are very appreciate to Silverlake manager Ryan Bethune and Master Jacub for their help in our disaster situation. Great Job, Silverlake !!! PS: we already got brand new part from KIA by mail...

Finally, an auto care business I believe can be trusted. Staff takes time to fully inform the customer with photo details and service recommendations straight up. Confidence gets a boost when the technician talks to the customer upon service completion.

Excellent service and everything was explained to me in full detail so I could make the decision on which service I wanted. I didn’t feel pushed into anything and the vehicle was returned to me clean!
