Amazing Service!!!! Emerson was so helpful. Our vehicle was having issues and we pulled in 5 mins before the shop closed and Emerson ran out and helped us troubleshoot why our vehicle was having the error, he was able to fix it and even topped off our coolant and oil for our long drive back to Utah. So grateful for his help and willingness to look at our trouble even though he was closed. Definitely a Shop I would visit again!

They have this set of core principles on their wall, and guess what: they actually embody them! So rare in our ragged world to deal with a company you know you can trust. In my case, I had the car delivered on Friday, they candidly told me they'd likely not get to it until Wednesday--then had it done early, by noon on Monday. Not just speedy service, but excellence. Thorough assessment of car and swift diagnosis of the issue. I don't need Arnold Schwarzennegar to say it for me, I'll say it myself: I'll be back. Thank you, Emerson and team Silverlake.

What a great experience. I mean let's be honest, finding out your car has issues is NEVER fun but Ryan & his team did a FANTASTIC job throughout the entire process. I had a road trip planned and they got me back on the road in no time with consistent communication and beyond stellar customer service. I will be returning and recommending Silverlake to anyone in need of car assistance. Thanks again guys!
