I went in because my car was making a very unusual noise. It was a random drop in. They took a look at my vehicle immediately and found out that my front tire was loose. They were very professional and helpful. They tighten the lug nuts on my tire At no charge. I highly recommend using them for your next service as they take the time to listen to your needs. Again, very professional.! Will be using them again if I’m ever in Coeur d’Alene and need something done!

My wife and I were just beginning an extended road trip when the PCV valve for the supercharger on our Audi Q5 failed Sunday evening. The next morning we contacted Silverlake Auto since they were recommended by AAA. Ryan and Josh took the car in immediately and had the problem diagnosed and the estimate for repairs completed by the end of the day. They ordered the parts and explained that with their present schedule they could have the car repaired by Friday. True to their word, the car was ready by noon on Friday for the exact estimate. My wife and I resumed our road trip traveling 3000 miles through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Washington. Ryan, Josh and Silverlake made it possible. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
