My son and I were on a road trip through Idaho pulling a travel trailer. I thought I discovered a leak in my transmission but after having it checked out, it turned out to be a very small fuel line leak. Josh explained all of my options and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Josh is a great guy! Thanks for getting us back on the road!

Didn't have all the money to pay up front but they gave me time and worked with me great people and very friendly service.

Passing through Coeur d'Alene en-route to Alaska from Tennessee. Stopped at post office and notice passenger-side headlight did not work. A search yirlded Silverlake Automotive. A phone call later we were en-route. After a brief explanation of the specifics, we left the car with Silverlake Automotive. Shortly later the headlight was replaced and we were on our way. Cannot thank Silverlake Automotive enough for working us into their schedule and so quickly completing the work. The employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and thorough. Their price was reasonable, too! A+++++

Josh and the team there were great and very accommodating to my last-minute need for service. We were traveling through CdA and had some trouble with our Mazda. They got us fixed up and on our way so we could continue our vacation. Highly recommend these guys!

5/5 service, all around. The guy behind the counter smelled of lumberjack, and looked into my eyes with a deep, bulging confidence and reassurance that my brakes were only hot, and not damaged beyond repair. He assured me that I would be able to make it home that night, as long as I didn’t mind the screeching sound of forgotten dreams. He reluctantly convinced me that everything in my life would be okay and divine, starting with my brakes. I agreed that it was somewhat an unpleasant noise, but that at the least, I know now that there is a God and I can rest at night knowing that I will not be cast away into the next parking lot I attempt to steal a traffic cone from. Thank you, Silverlake Automotive, for hiring tasteful, boisterous men of class and excellence. They were a gift to my being in a world full of soggy bread.
