Each shop has done work on my car and it doesn’t matter which location I go to - the staff take care of their customers! Silverlake Automotive made time in their schedule to diagnose our cars problem when all the Ford Dealerships in a fifty mile radius told of they were five weeks out for an appointment. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were willing to work with our Ford extended warranty to repair our car in just a few days, just in time for a long road trip! I recommend Silver Lake Automotive to anyone who needs service or repairs and wants a top-notch experience. They are honest and fair, thorough, and all work is done with the highest integrity. I trust them with all of our vehicles. You may find a cheaper alternative, but you'll get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice, as the saying goes. I always leave their shop feeling like I got more than I paid for. I'd give them six out of five stars if I could.

This is the second vehicle I have taken to these guys. I won't take anything anywhere else. They fixed what another shop could not in a very timely fashion and for an excellent price! I was shocked when I got the bill (in a good way). It was an emergency situation while I was at work. They even drove my wife to the rental car company. I'm thoroughly impressed.
